Thank you so much for all of your patience and exceptional work Dean. [My husband] and I are so grateful. We love every inch of this beautiful home you have made for us. It is the first place we have ever owned together, and we could never have dreamed it would turn out so well.
Thank you for making our dreams come true! We are so grateful that you were our builder Dean. While this may be one of many projects in your career, it will be a transformative place for our family to create many memories together.

"When we signed the contract to buy our Larchmont house from Dean and Chris, it was nothing more than a hole in the ground and a set of architectural plans. From that day and through the months that followed, Dean and Chris not only built our house with the utmost care and craftsmanship, but they also kept us in the loop with regular, comprehensive updates. They chose high quality materials and have an incredible eye for detail. Their subcontractors are dependable, skilled, and friendly. The day before closing, Dean spent five hours with us to make sure we understood every detail of how the mechanical systems in the house worked and the regular maintenance they would require. All of this in the midst of COVID! It's our pleasure to recommend Dean and Chris to future potential homeowners."

"Dean and Chris of CAD Development were the quintessential building team. They built our custom house and guided us from the initial house design all the way through the final details of paint colors, kitchen appliances and sound systems. There was no small detail overlooked from the custom molding throughout the house to the oak wood flooring. Their quality of work is excellent and they were wonderful to work with."

"CAD Development recently completed an addition project to our home in White Plains, New York. We could not be happier with the end result and quality of their work. The architectural plans essentially double the living space of the existing structure, which was originally built in 1928, from approximately 1600 square feet to over 3200 square feet. The design called for a new, connected kitchen and living room space, a new master bedroom and master bath on the second floor, and an extension of the basement living area. The plans also called for the removal of existing radiator-based heating and integrating a brand new hvac system into both the pre-existing and newly built sections of the structure. Complicating the project further was that due to the age of the house and the fact that minimal renovation work had been done to the structure prior to this extensive project, CAD brothers were additionally burdened with the task of bringing the entire residence up to the rigid, modern city code specifications as mandated by the city of White Plains. Construction began in July of 2011 and the project was completed in February 2012 - well within the time frame Dean and Chris had prognosticated at the onset of the project.
Throughout construction, Dean and Chris were the epitome of professionalism. Communication was clear and constant from start to finish. Being completely unfamiliar with the construction process, they always made themselves available to answer any questions we had, and they would personally take us through the job at process, they always communicated problems to us immediately, and were always willing to brainstorm solutions to the problems at hand. In short, Dean and Chris kept up involved and engaged the entire duration of construction.
Our "new" home has exceeded our greatest expectations - we were able to retain the character and charm of the old house that we wanted to preserve, but now has the modern amenities we were previously missing. And of course, the house is now much bigger, to better accommodate our family.
We cannot thank Dean, Chris and their talented crew enough for their professionalism throughout the process, and the job they've done. We highly recommend CAD Development for any job that calls for extensive, intricate home renovation work."

"It gives me great pleasure to recommend you and your company to any prospective clients you may have. As you know, CAD Development Corp. recently completed a multi-year construction project on our residence at 56 Pryer Terrace in New Rochelle. Because much of the work involved adapting an existing structure to our architectural plan, and thus required frequent changes and alterations "on the fly", it was important that my husband and I had confidence in our contractor, and you and your brother Chris certainly provided that.
The project included conversion of an indoor racquetball court to a garage and master bedroom suite with sitting room, replacement of a poorly designed three level staircase, new oak flooring throughout, new marvin windows, a new architect shingled roof, and, finally, addition of a family room to the kitchen. All the major mechanicals were also upgraded, including a new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioning. In addition to the main construction your team provided careful restoration of many period architectural details which had been thoughtlessly removed by a previous owner. The quality of work and attention to detail was remarkable. Moreover, we were greatly appreciative of your ready availability to discuss issues and problems, as well as, importantly, keeping to a reasonable time frame of construction with minimal delays.
Thanks to CAD's fine work, I think it is fair to say that our home at 56 Pryer Terrace was a true showplace by the time construction was finished."
